Grade II Listed architectural work in the UK can be tough bureaucratically. The process is arduous, time-consuming and requires specific knowledge of Biodiversity Reports, Pre-planning Apps, the Local Development Plan, the NPPF, the Town & Country Planning Act, Heritage Statements, Methods Historical Analysis, Recording Reports, Planning conditions, Tendering, Builder types, Building Contract Law, and an entire array of Heritage Detailing.
